1. The Parents Association will designate two PTAs on duty every week, one as the main duty and the other as the deputy duty.
2. The main duty will send an email to parents who need to be on duty on Saturday every Monday. All parents who receive the notice must reply before Wednesday of the week to confirm whether they can be on duty. At the same time, the deputy duty will also be reminded.
3. If the duty PTA does not receive the confirmation email by then, he/she should send another email or call the duty parent to confirm whether he/she has received the email. The duty PTA should try his/her best to contact the parents who have not responded. 4. On the day of duty, the PTA on duty needs to arrive at 1:10pm, and the parents on duty need to arrive at 1:15. They need to prepare the duty form and duty badge in advance. The main duty is responsible for signing in the parents on duty, issuing duty badges, arranging the duty position, and explaining the precautions.
5. The deputy duty needs to put the no-parking barrier in the designated parking space at 1:10pm. The no-parking space is a row of marked parking spaces on the right side of the main entrance. Then assist the main duty to arrange the parents on duty.
6. During the duty period, inspect the parents on duty once or twice to confirm that the parents perform their duties, and inspect the second floor to confirm that no one enters.
7. Assist the school in organizing other related activities. For example, if there is a lecture, organize the parents on duty to take photos of the original appearance of the classroom in advance, and help the lecture teacher to restore the tables and chairs after the lecture. 8. At 4:30, the duty is over. The main duty officer takes back the duty sign and the parents on duty sign. The main duty officer takes a photo of the parents' sign-in sheet and emails it to PTA. If a parent is absent from duty, notify PTA and then communicate with the office for punishment.
9. The deputy duty officer takes back the parking pier, patrols around, checks whether all tables and chairs are put back in the classroom, and collects all advertisements, notices, signs, etc. posted during the Chinese school.
10. During the duty period, at least one of the main and deputy duty officers must always be at the PTA table.
