• 6/8/2024 毕业典礼，请大家1:30准时到校。先到各班级集结，然后以班为单位进入学校礼堂。2:30毕业典礼正式开始。毕业典礼既是毕业班的学生的毕业仪式也是对其他年级学生学习动力的一种激励。所以请所有学生和家长在礼堂里目睹这一年一度的学校的丰收季和分享各种奖项获得者们的喜悦！同时请各位同学和家长本着对其他表演者和得奖者的尊重，在自己的节目或奖项环节结束后继续欣赏其他节目和毕业典礼的精彩内容。华夏南部中文学校教书育人，摒弃恶习，互相尊重，长幼共赏！

• 6/15的BBQ是学校本学年最后的一项活动。希望全校师生，家长，义工把家里的所有人都带到公园。以前的毕业生，学友，老义工，老师也同样受邀请，共同参加一年一度的公园游乐活动，吃喝玩乐，抽奖是主要项目。大家如果有朋友想来中文学校，了解中文学校也请来参加此次的盛会。需要提前通知大家的是这次BBQ选在了Turkey Swamp Park，Freehold。新增了沙滩排球，扔马圈的项目。地址是200 Georgia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728。请大家注意这个新BBQ地点并通知其他要来的朋友。6/1，这个星期六下午开始出售BBQ餐券/奖券。请大家提早到PTA工作台买票。谢谢！

• 6/7/2024出版的《侨报》“华夏园地”刊登了咱们学校的专刊。内容有毕业班学生的十年学习的收获与感慨，有八年级学生对家人和参加活动的精彩描述，也有五年级学生对周围生活的细致描写，还有学校在2023-2024学年所取得的荣誉的总结！让我们共同欣赏华夏南部师生们给新泽西华人社会呈现的妙笔生花！

• 华夏南部作为非盈利组织，请各位家长踊跃参加家长会（PTA），参与、帮助学校的各种活动。现在学校的校委会也在招募各种人才，比如公关活动人才，体育活动人才，校内活动的组织人才，请大家多多参与，支持和帮助学校的工作。

Dear Huaxia South Chinese School teachers, students, parents and volunteers:

• 6/8/2024 Graduation Ceremony, please arrive on time at 1:30. First, gather in each class, and then enter the school auditorium as a class. The graduation ceremony officially begins at 2:30. The graduation ceremony is not only a ceremony for the graduating class, but also an incentive for the learning motivation of students in other grades. So please all students and parents witness this annual school harvest season in the auditorium and share the joy of the winners of various awards! At the same time, please respect other performers and winners and continue to enjoy other programs and the wonderful content of the graduation ceremony after your own program or award session. Huaxia South Chinese School teaches and educates students how to respect each other, and how to enjoy the various performance!

• The BBQ on June 15 is the last event of the school this academic year. We hope that all teachers, students, parents, and volunteers of the school will bring everyone at home to the park. Former graduates, schoolmates, former volunteers, and teachers are also invited to participate in the annual park recreational activities. Enjoy the food, and having fun. Raffles are also main activities. If you have friends who want to come to the Chinese school or know about the Chinese school, please come and participate in this event. Please to be informed in advance that this BBQ will be held at Turkey Swamp Park, Freehold. Beach volleyball and horse ring throwing have been newly added. The address is 200 Georgia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728. Please pay attention to this new BBQ location and notify other friends who are coming. BBQ meal tickets/raffle tickets will be sold on Saturday afternoon (6/8/2024). Please go to the PTA work station early to buy tickets. Thank you!

• The "Huaxia Yuandi" issue of "Qiao Bao" published on June 7, 2024 will publish a special issue of our school. The content includes the gains and feelings of the graduating students in the past ten years of study, the wonderful descriptions of the eighth graders about their families and participating in activities, the detailed descriptions of the surrounding life by the fifth graders, and the summary of the honors achieved by the school in the 2023-2024 school year! Let us appreciate the wonderful writing presented by the teachers and students of Huaxia South Chinese School to the Chinese community in New Jersey!

• As a non-profit organization, parents are invited to actively participate in the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and help various activities of the school. Now the school management is also recruiting various talent members, such as public relations member, sports activity member, and school activity organization member. Please participate, support and help the school's work.
